Good health isn't achieved by treating illness alone. It depends on people having the knowledge, skills, motivation, and supportive environments to make healthy choices. Comprehensive Textbook of Health Promotion and Education brings these ideas together in one clear, well-organized volume, written for Nepal's public health students.

Written by three Assistant Professors of the Central Department of Public Health, Institute of Medicine, Tribhuvan University, the book follows the prescribed curriculum of all universities in Nepal that teach Public Health. It moves step by step from basic concepts to theories, models, communication, practical skills, and program applications. That makes it useful for exam preparation, classroom discussion, assignments, and fieldwork.
