Professional Requirements

• Licensure: Registered Nurse with a valid PRC License.

• Specialized Training: Must possess relevant Hemodialysis (HD) trainings and certificates.

• Experience: A minimum of 6 months clinical experience specifically as an HD Nurse.

• Certifications: Current BLS/ACLS certification is required.

• Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and patient care standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active membership in the PNA (Philippine Nurses Association) and RNAP (Renal Nurses Association of the Philippines) is considered a distinct advantage.
